Aluminum Systems Company is one of leaders in its sector in the Ukrainian market.

Project duration: 5 months

PROJECT TASK:

To develop long-term strategy and corporate standards for the strategic business direction.

STRATEGIC APPROACH:

The project included the following stages:

1. Formation of the Strategic Idea for the business direction for 2006-2015:

• • Researching the trends in the furniture cluster, analysis of competitors activity
  • Generation of alternatives of the business direction development
  • Formation of the Strategic Idea (vision, mission, values)
  • Product and service portfolio development
  • Formation of the business process model and organizational structure
  • Defining business process performance indicators
  • Allocation of responsibility for the results (mapping responsibilities)

PROJECT RESULTS:

• A long-term Strategic Idea has been developed
• A new strategy has been developed and launched
