1995
Foundation

The best business consultants in Ukraine unite to help enterprises in conditions of economic collapse and create the “Ukrainian Center for Post-Privatization Support” (UCPPS). In cooperation with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, World Bank, TACIS and EBRD, the Organization performs complex projects on enterprises restructuring, adaptation and acceleration of their development under new market conditions. UCPPSPE becomes a co-organizer of the Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants.

2003
Formation of a unique methodology

Experts of the company form a unique methodology and expertise in strategy development. The world’s best innovations in business strategy, as well as practical experience of experts under complex conditions of the Ukrainian business make the basis for it. UCPPS changes its name to Strategic Consulting Group.

2010
Training initiatives for business

Strategic Consulting Group launches a practical training program for Ukrainian companies “Building a Systematic Business”, aimed to accelerate strategic changes in companies.

2012
Interim management

Direction of “Interim management” is opened. The company attracts the most experienced and competent top managers to implement the strategy within the client’s business to achieve maximum results. The name of Strategic Consulting Group changes to Strategic.

Strategic development

The company departs from the traditional consulting, considering it not to be efficient enough to implement a strategy. Tried and tested methodology and practical experience allow us to combine the creation and implementation of a strategy for the most effective launch of changes — strategic development.
