About the Project

Smart Solutions is a leading provider of HR-services and business process outsourcing in Ukraine and CIS countries.

To maintain high positions in the HR services industry, Smart Solutions has engaged Strategic to conduct BizDev-session.

Project task:

Identify the overall vector and find priorities for the company’s development in 2020-2024 as a single HR business

Stages of the project:

  1. Definition of Vision of Smart Solution Group 2020-2024
    • Strategic diagnostics:
      • Identifying the area for development: what new things you need to create, what to change, what to keep for a period of time (BizDev Strategy). Diagnosis and recommendations for the vision session
    • Vision session of COOWNERS:
      • Formulating the Vision of Smart Solutions Group 2024
      • Defining strategic goals, prioritizing areas of development
  2. Bizdev Session 2020 with a Smart Solution Group TEAM:
    • Synchronization of expectations / targets, vectors of development between COOWNERS and the team
    • Forming a target product portfolio
    • Designing of target integrative and organizational architecture

Project results: 

  • Strategic assessment of the state and potential of the company
  • Areas of development have been identified: what new things need to be created, what to change, what to keep for a period of time (BizDev strategy).
