The owner and team of ITL AUTO, a seasoned player with five years of experience in finding, purchasing, and delivering cars from the USA, China, and other markets to Ukraine, has embarked on an ambitious project in partnership with Strategic®. The goal? To devise a new business model and growth strategy over the next five years, formulate strategic decisions, a plan for strategic initiatives, and roll them out—all within three months.
The strategic decisions made by our team aim to increase our gross profits by 5 times over the next 5 years! This is set against, to put it mildly, a challenging backdrop:
- Risks arising from the overall wartime context
- Uncertainties in logistical components of the industry and business
- Potential shifts in regulatory policy that could fundamentally disrupt the business
- A significant number of active competitors, some with more robust resources
In this project, the primary focus will be on discovering service solutions that not only streamline the process of acquiring and using the dream car model for Ukrainians, making it impeccably rational and hassle-free, but also turn it into an emotionally memorable experience.
Furthermore, an essential task for the team will be to address the question of “Which new ideas should we invest in?” This will enhance the current business model and team expertise and may also pave the way for developing new business lines, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the business.
