However, achieving operational profitability remains a key challenge for grocery e-commerce, a global issue driven by intense pressure on Unit Economics.
The project includes the development of a long-term strategic platform and an operational model with a detailed implementation roadmap. Special focus is placed on identifying innovative solutions to drive growth, capitalisation, and operational profitability in e-commerce, the primary challenge for online grocery retail.
