The Strategic’s team involved and trained the owners, top management and core team to model the target architecture of the business process model. The central part was a corporate workshop entitled “Process Approach: What? What for? Core Principles and Fundamentals for Building a Process-Based Management.” Almost 40 BaDM employees took an active part in the workshop.

According to the results of the stage, we have:

• Increased the potential of process-based management in the company.
• Formed practical simulation skills.
• Increased the preparedness and involvement of the personnel in the company development.
• Laid the basis of the corporate methodology for business process simulation and the company’s process-based management policy.
