BaDM continued cooperation with Strategic to strengthen its development.
BaDM has been providing Ukrainian pharmacies and medical institutions with guaranteed high quality medicines and medical products for 25 years. Today the Company has about three thousand employees and holds the first place in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine.
The project consists of 5 stages:
- Stage 1. Diagnosing the current business processes architecture of the Company;
- Stage 2. Preparing project teams for target architecture modeling/engagement;
- Stage 3. Building target strategic architecture: business models and business process models;
- Stage 4. Modeling 2-axis /end-to-end business processes to speed up the launch of process management;
- Step 5. Drawing up a detailed process management implementation plan.
