Ukrtelecom is one of the largest Ukrainian providers of a full range of telecommunication services.

Project duration: 8 months


To develop target strategic positioning of the company for the long-term period in the B2C segment.


The project involved the following stages:

  • Formation / clarification / improvement of the value proposition for clients
  • Clarification of strategic priorities for 5-10 years
  • Documenting the decisions made regarding strategic positioning and value proposition
  • Establishment / clarification of the principles of functioning for the system, communication of strategic positioning and the value proposition. Communication of the Idea in the company
  • Development and launch of a plan of priority actions for the implementation of strategic positioning
  • Top management training


  • The value proposition (strategic positioning) has been formed
  • Strategic indicators (qualitative and quantitative) of strategic positioning implementation have been developed; targets for a given period have been defined
  • Personal responsibility for indicators achievement has been established
  • The idea of strategic positioning has been documented
  • The idea has been communicated / accepted
  • The level of motivation of the key team has been increased (through involvement in the process, creation of the company’s development logic, communication, etc.).)
  • A communication system for further steps in the project implementation has been prepared
