The Strategic team started the Business Development Strategy Project for the BaDM, a pharmaceutical distributor. The first strategy session of the project was aimed at forming the company’s vision and strategic goals. Then, together with the top team of the BaDM, the experts went on to find ideas, opportunities and sources of growth for the company in the long term.
At the second strategy session, they formed a strategy of changes.
Together with Strategic, the absolute leader of the pharmaceutical distribution market, the BaDM, defined a roadmap for implementing the Vision for 2022.
The work on the project began with an analytical phase that lasted more than three weeks. Strategic experts had conducted more than 15 interviews with top managers of the BaDM, analyzed the financial and market dynamics of the company, and studied global trends and successful experience of international distributors of the pharmaceutical market. Based on these studies, Strategic held two strategy sessions where they presented strategic opportunities to the BaDM team and brainstormed the top management to form the vision, strategic goals and implementation strategy until 2022. During the sessions, the company managed to develop a clear plan of modifications that would ensure the achievement of the goals.
