Ukrtelecom is one of the largest Ukrainian providers of a full range of telecommunication services.

PROJECT TASK:
To develop target strategic positioning of the company for the long-term period in the B2C segment.
STRATEGIC APPROACH:
The project involved the following stages:
- Formation / clarification / improvement of the value proposition for clients
- Clarification of strategic priorities for 5-10 years
- Documenting the decisions made regarding strategic positioning and value proposition
- Establishment / clarification of the principles of functioning for the system, communication of strategic positioning and the value proposition. Communication of the Idea in the company
- Development and launch of a plan of priority actions for the implementation of strategic positioning
- Top management training
PROJECT RESULTS:
- The value proposition (strategic positioning) has been formed
- Strategic indicators (qualitative and quantitative) of strategic positioning implementation have been developed; targets for a given period have been defined
- Personal responsibility for indicators achievement has been established
- The idea of strategic positioning has been documented
- The idea has been communicated / accepted
- The level of motivation of the key team has been increased (through involvement in the process, creation of the company’s development logic, communication, etc.).)
- A communication system for further steps in the project implementation has been prepared
- The first results in the implementation of the idea of strategic positioning have been achieved, the first steps in its implementation have been clarified
- The level of competence in managing the implementation of improvements / changes in the company has been raised
