On August 11, 2021, the project “Development Strategy Preparation” for OLX Ukraine was completed.

Together with the OLX Ukraine team:

1. We have found alternatives in the Development Idea for the local market and with the possibility of scaling to the global level, the level of OLX Group.
2. We have established the innovative Idea in development: Vision and Mission of the company and the value proposition;
3. We have developed the prototype of the vision product and the future platform.
4. We have established strategic goals and implementation sequence in three time horizons: 1 year, 2-3, 5 years.
5. We have designed a business model of the platform: how value will be created and monetized. How a competitive advantage will be created / maintained with mega-innovative companies in e-com. What the network effect basis will be.
6. We have developed a map of initiatives to implement the Vision and launch a business model.
7. We have included the Idea draft in the formation of the OLX Group’s strategy.

• Non-standard and unexpected view on business, idea, opportunities and strategy.

• The future perspective is based on checks and details. This helps to build on the right decisions and implement them.
• Alignment is within us. This is the most valuable thing we have got
• At some point, we really synchronized how to see the future. Everyone can answer the question of how one sees OLX in 7 years. We want to start implementing it already.
• It’s a cool feeling when you have been walking 2 months through the thicket and at last you come up with the vision idea and the product… And everything becomes clear.
• It is very inspiring and thrilling to understand where you are going. It gives energy to do something today. Today’s actions make sense.
• The development should be further studied for possible application at the global level, not only in Ukraine but also at the Europe+ level.
