The project “Defining the Draft of the Development Idea, Goals and OKR for 2022” for Uklon was completed by holding a three-day BizDev session.

The session preparation included: Analysis of the market dynamics and financial condition of the company; Unit Economics analysis of the market.

The Uklon team together with Strategic experts worked out the tasks of the project.
