Crafting an efficient “strategy execution engine” with adaptable updates is the prime objective of the Strategic® team in our project for SkyUp. Put simply, strategy implementation is the “engine” through which the team evolves, integrating its processes, structure, culture, resources, personnel, and oversight system to gain an edge over international competitors, steering towards growth and profitability.
