Strategic conducted corporate training for the development company P2H, which provides a wide range of services in front-end and back-end development.
In order to maintain leadership positions, remain flexible in conditions of uncertainty and respond quickly to market changes, it is necessary to synchronize and set priority goals.
To find the general vector of movement, P2H hired the Strategic’s team to conduct a 4-module workshop:

Practicing the skills of scripting a session – addressing a business task.
In between modules, the P2H team conducted brainstorms to identify the company’s current business tasks and approach to their solution using the tool of the strategy session. To effectively plan the scenario, the company received a checklist for the strategy session and a coordinate system for selecting contractors.
