ADAMA is a leading manufacturer of plant protection products in the world. The Ukrainian office of the company worked with the Strategic’s experts in 2016, when the latter developed a long-term development strategy for the company. This cooperation gave very successful results: just over 2 years ADAMA Ukraine has increased its sales by 100%, the vision product developed in a joint project has made up 50% of the total product portfolio of the company and has received the award “MAKE IT SIMPLE 2016” as the best innovative product at the international level.
This time ADAMA invited the Strategic’s specialists to increase its pace of growth in the Ukrainian market and update the leadership strategy for the nearest three years. During the strategic session, the team focused on goals it seeks to achieve in the near future, found promising sources of growth to scale the company, identified alternative strategies for implementation. Preliminary goals and initiatives for the strategy implementation in the regions of Ukraine have been formed as well.
