AVDTrade, a confident player in Ukraine’s auto parts market, boasting a cohesive team, is taking a significant leap in its evolution: launching a strategic business transformation project in collaboration with the Strategic® team.
This project is a proactive response to the rapid changes in the automotive sector, including an increase in the import of newly arrived used vehicles, a growing electric vehicle market, and a rising demand for older cars impacting repair and maintenance requirements. It also aligns with AVDTrade’s internal ambitions for market and financial performance.
The initial phase, spanning 3-5 months, will focus on shaping a value proposition and business model. It involves a strategic diagnostic of the company, an analysis of global trends and successful business models, identifying a unique consumer focus, and addressing the needs and challenges of target clients. Special attention will be given to reevaluating the market and developing a unique database of vehicle fleets and potential clients using multi-level data and AI. Not even russian aggression can hinder our progress or slow our business growth!
Based on these insights, the Strategic® team, in partnership with AVDTrade, will craft a new vision, value proposition, business model, and a specific action plan using the OGSM methodology. Let’s get into action!
