Oksana Shchehelska, the Managing Partner of Strategic, was invited as an independent director to prepare and lead the Board of Directors of the First National Wine-Making Holding. The meeting of the Board was held on April 10, 2020.

Cooperation involves forming and adopting decisions necessary to adapt to new conditions and implement a long-term business strategy.

The First National Wine-Making Holding (part of Logos Corporation, founded by well-known businessman Valerii Shamotii) unites leaders of Ukrainian winemaking. The First National Wine-Making Holding is the owner of such brands as Tavria, ALeXX, and is also the exclusive representative of the Remy Martin brands — French cognacs, a partner of the world’s largest alcohol producer Beam Suntory, known to consumers by the brands of Jim Beam whiskey and Courvoisier cognac.
