The First National Wine-Making Holding is a part of Logos Corporation, the founder of which is a well-known businessman Valerii Shamotii. Today the holding successfully develops and distributes its trademarks, including Tavria and ALeXX cognacs, and is a partner of one of the world’s largest alcohol producers, Beam Suntory, known to Ukrainian consumers by the Jim Beam whiskey and Courvoisier cognac brands.
To maintain high positions in the alcoholic beverages market and strengthen the company’s competitiveness and core, the Strategic’s team with the top team of the First National Wine-Making Holding held a strategy session.
At the first stage, they diagnosed the current state of the business model, identified the project’s main objectives, synchronized the initial expectations of the owner and the company’s interests, and formed hypotheses about potential lines of the company’s development. Together with Strategic’s experts, the top management of the business streams of the First National Wine Holding developed a plan of initiatives, designated deadlines and responsible persons for the fastest possible implementation of the solutions found.
This gave clarity and understanding of how and in which direction to move on.
To achieve a sustainable result, the following strategy sessions are planned, which will allow us to find and implement solutions in the sprint mode to achieve real results both during the project and after its completion.
