The first project of Strategic cooperation with the law firm “Pravoe Delo” was completed, which resulted in forming a draft strategic idea, goals, organizational structure and financial and investment business model.
The law firm “Pravoe Delo” provides legal support to businesses in the field of taxation, legal protection of business, tender support, corporate law, liquidation and bankruptcy.
The decision of the company on what goals and ideas to pursue, which strategy to use for business development is a decision with really high stakes. A well-designed strategy, which is also correctly implemented, can provide a high level of growth and profitability.
The cooperation between Strategic and “Pravoe Delo” provided for three stages:
- Stage 1. Launch of strategic analytics (formation of global and local trends, benchmarking).
- Stage 2. Strategy studios (business strategy formation, hypothesis testing).
- Stage 3. Business strategy with access to the financial and investment model (Vision, Mission, Goals, plan of initiatives).
Strategic’s experts diagnosed the business system, assessed the company’s financial condition and current business model.
One of the key stages of the project was to conduct three-day strategy studios, during which a draft strategic idea and business strategy were formed. Strategic goals, sources of growth and margins were defined.
Also, in the course of the project, there were lots of meetings of stakeholders and experts of Strategic, independent work, which resulted in forming a financial and investment model of business, a model of top-level business processes and organizational structure.
One of the expectations of the project was that “the project is not just a document on paper, but the strategy that must be implemented.”
Strategic’s experts and the top team of “Pravoe Delo” developed a plan of the first strategic initiatives and selected responsible persons for the rapid implementation of the business strategy.
