To carry out a qualitative transformation of PNVH (the starting point was the development of a new Strategic Idea, strategy and policy of the holding management).
The project included the following steps:
- Formation of the holding’s development vision for 2009-2013
- Development of the holding’s mission
- Development of the holding’s development strategy for 2009-2013
- Forming strategic positioning of TM INKERMAN and Tavria as the business areas
- Modeling of business processes and organizational structure
- Preparation of the strategy implementation plan for 2009
- Formulation of the principles of the holding management
- Starting repositioning process of the key brands — INKERMAN and Tavria
- Getting to position No. 1 in one year in the sector of winemaking and cognac production in Ukraine
- Preparing to enter the international market
- Operational management transfer from the Owner to CEO
