Radyvylivmoloko obtained Strategic’s independent expert opinion on the business and recommendations for strengthening market positions.
As a result of the project, Radyvylivmoloko received a tool to unite efforts at all levels, which synchronizes the interests of the owners and the top team, “puts together” the staff. The company also received expert recommendations for further development and growth, including a list of “business pills” of the operational level for marketing and sales, including the logic of work in sales channels, distribution, brand promotion and product range policy.
Mr. Serhii Anatoliiovych Hrysiuk, the CEO of Radyvylivmoloko, shared his impressions of the joint work with the Strategic’s team. He noted that he did not imagine he could find so many practical solutions during the time that the project experts spent with the team.
