AFINA Group, one of Ukraine’s leading non-food distribution companies, with its top team, is embarking on an in-depth project to create a strategic vision and objectives for the horizon of 2028.
The project responds to the global challenges of transforming distribution models and new opportunities in the current context. The company seeks to find a new idea and business model that will generate greater value for clients and, most importantly, for consumers.
The process began with an analysis of global and national trends, weak signals, and best practices in the FMCG, Cleaning & Personal Care sectors, as well as consumer behavior. This was followed by strategic co-creation sessions. Next comes hypothesis testing, digitization, strategies for each business, and translating them into actions.
The project’s outcome will be a new vision and strategic goals focused on developing added value for consumers, giving the group a greater strategic advantage in the industry. The launch of new products, services, closer interactions with partners, and the implementation of innovative technologies are expected.
