Project goal: scaling VARUS.UA business several times over the next 2-3 years—amid rapid retail digitalization and transformation of consumer behavior.
The project covered development of a long-term strategic platform and operating model with a detailed implementation plan. Special attention was given to finding innovative solutions for achieving growth, capitalization, and operational profitability in e-commerce—a key challenge for online grocery retail.
The project implemented in partnership with the VARUS.UA team, involved not only strategy development but also creating prerequisites for building teams’ innovation capacity and forming sustainable business ecosystems.
