How to become the best CEO? The one about business and new opportunities, excitement and energy, and, of course, about the game and winning in the fast-changing market.
On September 14, Oksana Shchehelska, within the framework of the new innovative program of Kyiv-Mohyla Business School CEO Development Program, and the participants worked on one of the crucial skills of a great CEO: the ability to combine today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow in daily management.
We started with two lessons for program participants:
- Soft: Today, Tomorrow and The Day After Tomorrow of the company in the daily management of the CEO
- Hard: How to form company goals that increase operational stability and lay the foundation for development?
After all, a great CEO is about the ability to set goals and work with the team. A great CEO has ideas about tomorrow, has something to do today and dares to experiment for the day after tomorrow. And to become such a CEO, you need to start thinking like an owner. And it will not always be convenient for the owner because such a CEO will look at things entirely differently. This will give the powerful effect that is needed for the company and its development.
And this is only the first module. It is getting better and better.
