Experts from Strategic have completed the development of the transformation strategy for Olvia Company, one of the leaders in the sphere of industrial building construction in Ukraine, a top building contractor in metallurgy. Business developers conducted a diagnosis, which included as follows: industrial building construction market review, search for upcoming sectors in the context of 5 years, as well as the diagnosis of internal processes, culture and financial potential. Based on the results obtained, Strategic developed in collaboration with the top team of Olvia the following:

1. Strategic idea and strategy of the company
2. A model of business processes with a horizontal organizational structure that clearly distributes the roles, and a model of employee cooperation.
3. A financial and investment model, which reflects a transit to new industrial sectors (in particular, an annual increase in infrastructure), and reduction in dependence on existing customers.

We would like to note the focus of the employees of Olvia on achieving the results: each strategic, working session was accompanied by a change in the internal state of the team and implementation activities.
