Within the project Strategic’s experts conducted an independent diagnosis for the management system of the Group of Companies: numerous meetings with the Owners, analytical interviews with the top management of companies and monitoring of decision-making process within the Group have been held. Together with its management team, strategic developers have developed several alternative management models for the Group, selecting one of them as a potentially effective. Oksana Shchegelska and Dmitry Onashchenko, Strategic’s experts, have held strategic sessions, on which they together with the client’s management team approved the strategic objectives of the management system for the Group, the business processes model, the corporate governance structure, the model of shareholders interaction with the heads of the Group of companies and the strategy for changes in the management system.
