At two-day strategic training module, a managing partner of Strategic together with ATB top management reviewed the current trends in FMCG and retail markets, modern approaches to finding a strategic idea, goals and a business strategy. As a result, a worldview and methodological framework has been created to strengthen the Corporation’s strategy, which will help consolidate its top position in the market.
ATB-market is a core business of the Corporation, the largest FMCG retailer in Ukraine, the turnover of which amounted to more than UAH 123 billion in 2018. The chain has over 900 stores and employs about 50 thousand Ukrainians.
