Domino’s Pizza is an international chain of pizzerias, founded in the United States in 1960. Today it is one of the industry leaders with 15 000 establishments in 90 countries, employing more than 300 000 employees. In Ukraine Domino’s Pizza has been working since 2010, having 31 catering places in Kyiv.

The chain is actively developing and planning to expand its presence not only in the capital, but also in the regions of Ukraine. To synchronize the goals and update the strategy, the shareholders and senior management have held a two-day strategic session with an expert of Strategic Oksana Shchegelska.

During the strategic sessions:

• market research results, global and local trends in HORECA & PIZZA have been considered;
• the shareholders and top management, working in groups, have actualized the focus in the company development, as well as necessary changes: Idea, Goals;
• the project of services, menus, clarification in formats that will ensure the implementation of changes in the chain concept and gain in the market have been formed;
• a draft business strategy for achieving market leadership has been developed.
