An essential task for us, as well as for most Ukrainian companies, is to invest the maximum of what we can do to survive.
On April 5, 2022, we launched the Free Help Line for company leaders. Since then, we have been working with retail, engineering and construction companies, biotech and beauty services. We have been helping to address the issue of self-determination: the recovery of companies’ activities, or first the front, then the business? The fundamental tasks were to find new opportunities, sales, and a business model. We have been working with the emotional component of business, such as what to do with the team when the business is to be restarted, but in a different direction than a year ago. Some companies approached a core issue — absolutely redefining a business concept. But those who tested us, strategists, for the prospects of their business plans with initiatives to open new markets and ideas for attracting capital became incredibly joyful. The common thing is to get out of the crisis. The only difference is the method.
There were the following standard solutions:
- Prospective alternative services for large engineering projects, the demand for which has significantly decreased, were found.
- Rebalancing of priorities: I, front line, business, partnership organization to get investments.
- Alternatives to the traditional retail of household appliances (hello to sharing economy and repairs) have been found.
- Determining for groups of companies which directions should be stimulated for growth and which should be closed not to lose all resources during a crisis.
