K.FUND was created to support projects in the fields of education and economy. The Fund has 3 completed and 9 ongoing projects. Among them BIONIC University (BU) – the first in Ukraine inter-corporate IT-University, which has trained more than 2 000 people for five years; Center for Development of Technology Companies — aimed at supporting hi-tech product companies; Master’s program of public administration, which prepares new staff for public authorities and local government, and UkrainianNational IT Factory — a joint project with the French School 42, which trains professional IT staff.

To access the scale of the Idea with a high business efficiency K. FUND has involved the Strategic Company. The work was taking place in the StrategyLab format: strategic developers Oksana Shchegelska and Dmytro Iyevlev facilitated the creation of a working version of the Idea and the strategy of companies and projects. The following institutions were among the participants of the event: UDPR company, Industrial Park “Bila Tserkva”, “ARMAKOM”, Lean Institute Ukraine, School of Small and Medium Enterprises, Boy&Girl, GoLOCAL and Sector X accelerationplatform.  The teams worked on shaping their strategic goals, looking for sources of scaling, and creating strategic initiatives to launch the strategy.
