Strategic has completed a project to create a strategy for a supplier of parts for the application of plant protection products. Strategic experts together with the management team of SPRAYFORCE have created a new strategic idea of the company, re-defined goals, formed a new management architecture and developed a plan for the development of the key team.  European Bank for Reconstruction and Development was the partner in this project.
