About the Project

“1+1 MEDIA” GROUP is one of the largest media holdings in Ukraine.

Project duration: 5 months

PROJECT TASK:

To form a long-term focus of development and an organizational model of the company.

STRATEGIC APPROACH:

Vision development included the following stages:

• Creating a vision for the group development for 5 years: definition of the business core
• Formation of strategic goals
• Refinement of the business portfolio structure
• Improvement of the organizational structure
• Defining the areas of responsibility of business leaders

PROJECT RESULTS:

The strategic focus of the group and the organizational model have been formed.
