A strategy for the leader of the Ukrainian translation market, ProfPereklad company, was developed

A month of active cooperation between ProfPereklad team and Strategic experts gave the company a new Vision, Mission and a breakthrough strategy of change. Due to continuous work on the project, ProfPereklad top managers and Strategic specialists held 13 meetings with consumers and 5 strategic sessions in only 30 days. Such activity and the company's willingness to change gave it the opportunity to get a lot of insights and see new potential for work with clients. Moreover, a new product mix and a multi-fold growth strategy for the company were developed. The project was supported by the European Bank for Development and Restructuring.
